Marie Head, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Multifamily Housing Programs at HUD announced that Theodore (Ted) Toon has been appointed Acting Director of the Office of Multifamily Housing Development in the Office of Multifamily Housing Programs. Ted is currently serving as Associate DAS for the Office of Affordable Housing Preservation (OAHP) and will continue to serve in that capacity, along with the position of Director of Multifamily Housing Development, until further notice. Dan Sullivan, who has been the Acting Director of the Office of Multifamily Housing Development will now serve as Deputy Director.
