The Arizona Department of Housing will be hosting a LIHTC compliance training on October 23-24, 2012 in Tuscon, AZ. ADOH’s 2012 Qualified Allocation Plan requires all property managers of LIHTC projects to attend an approved compliance training annually. Other approved compliance training providers are: Compliance Solutions, THEOPRO, and Spectrum. ADOH’s two-day training for will provide an overview of Arizona’s rules and regulations as well as an opportunity for interested individuals to take the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) examination. Registration for training is $200.00, with an additional $175.00 fee for the exam.
