The Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) has issued a Request for Responses (RFR) for 150 housing vouchers from the Massachusetts Rental Voucher program (MRVP) to serve homeless families. These vouchers are available for owners of existing rental properties or those that will be coming online within three months of receiving an MRVP award. To receive an award, the owner must be able to provide case management and stabilization services or partner with an organization that has experience stabilizing homeless and/or very low income households and can provide these services.
