The Kentucky Housing Corporation along with TheoPRO Compliance & Consulting, Inc. will be hosting a Low Income Housing Tax Credit Training Thursday and Friday October 4-5, 2012 in the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Auditorium (Room C105), 200 Mero Street, Frankfort, KY.
The training will provide program fundamentals and a practical overview of all aspects of Section 42. The registration fee is $240.
KHC will offer the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) Exam on Friday (October 5th) afternoon for those interested. The exam fee is $175. TheoPRO is offering online study courses for exam preparation. Sessions on review development details and review management details are available for $75 each.

- Friday, October 5: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (EDT)
- Friday, October 5: (Optional HCCP Exam) – 1:00 p.m. (EDT)
