On September 13th, the Alabama Housing Finance Authority (AHFA) Board of Directors approved drafts of its 2013 HOME Investment Partnerships Program Action Plan and the LIHTC Qualified Allocation Plan. AHFA will be hosting a public hearing on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 10:00am CST concerning the revisions to these plans. AHFA has posted the two drafts on its Multifamily webpage for review. The QAP draft includes a summary of major changes as a reference.
The hearing will take place at the Hampton Inn & Suites, 7651 Eastchase Parkway, Montgomery, AL 36117.Those who wish to submit comments may do so at the public hearing or by written submission to AHFA by November 1, 2012.
