The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (MDHCD) and TDA Consulting, Inc., the consulting entity for the revision process for the Maryland LIHTC QAP, will be hosting its second Listening Session on September 14, 2012 from 10:00am- 1:00pm at MDHCD’s office at 100 Community Place, Crownsville, MD. This meeting will follow a different format than the first one held on August 24th and is intended to solicit more specific input on key themes and issues for the QAP. These include:



  • Transparency
  • Balancing Policy Priorities
  • Local Support & Contribution
  • Development Costs
  • Implementation Timing
  • Monitoring & Enforcement
