The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency will be holding their Pre-Application Meeting for its 2013 PennHOMES/Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs on Thursday, September 20, 2012. PHFA strongly suggests all prospective applicants attend this meeting.
The 2013 PennHOMES and LIHTCs will be awarded in two cycles. All applications in the Urban category will be due November 2, 2012 and all Suburban/Rural applications will be due in February 2013. To review the qualifications for the two cycles, please visit the 2013 QAP draft.
The Pre-Application Meeting will be held from 9:30am-12:00noon with registration beginning at 8:00am in the Radisson Hotel, 1150 Camp Hill Bypass, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
