The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (MDHCD) and TDA Consulting, Inc., the consultant for revisions to the Maryland LIHTC QAP, will be hosting a Listening Session on August 24, 2012 from 10:00am- 1:00pm at MDHCD’s office at 100 Community Place, Crownsville, MD. This will be the first in a series of public sessions to solicit comments in possible revisions to the Maryland QAP and Guide. Additional Listening Sessions and webinars will be offered in September.
