The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has posted the following documents related to the 2012 Competitive 9% Housing Tax Credit Program to the Department’s website.
- Updated Application Submission Log. The updated log includes one new column indicating whether or not the underwriting review has been completed for the application. If the underwriting review has been completed, those reports can also be found on the TDHCA website.
- Status Log of 2012 Competitive Housing Tax Credit Challenges. This log summarizes the status of challenges received on or before June 13, 2012 and will be updated as the Department makes determinations.
