The Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) has scheduled two public hearings to solicit comments on the Amended 2012 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC). The first hearing will be held at 11:00 a.m. on July 20, 2012 in second floor conference room 2D, 100 Cambridge Street, Boston, MA 02114. The second hearing will be held at 10:30 a.m. on August 1, 2012 in the Worthington Commons community room, 109 Federal Street, Springfield, MA 01105. At these times and places, interested members of the public will be afforded opportunity to present data, views or arguments orally relative to the proposed amended 2012 plan for allocating the low income housing tax credit in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
