Baltimore Housing, a collaboration between the Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) and the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC), has announced the Summer 2012 NOFA funding round for housing and community development projects. Baltimore Housing notes that certain requests will be considered during the Summer 2012 funding round including for Letters of Support for 9% LIHTCs to be submitted for MDHCD’s September 2012 round, City HOME program loan funds, Project-Based Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) subsidies, and Capital Funding requests(up to $30,000 per unit). Interested applicants are encouraged to attend a pre-proposal conference that will provide information on structuring proposals and other details related to Baltimore Housing project support. The pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 28, 2012 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm in Room 46 at the Benton Building located at 417 East Fayette Street, Floor 3, Baltimore, Maryland 21202. Applications are due by 4:00 pm on July 13, 2012.
