HUD has published a notice entitled Operating Guidance for Implementing FY 2012 HOME Appropriation Requirements, which provides details on the new requirements on projects that receive FY 2012 funds from the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME). The purpose of the new requirements is to improve project and developer selection by participating jurisdictions and ensure that there is adequate market demand for 2012 HOME projects.
