The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) has approved the proposed FY-2013 GOAL Program Rating and Award Criteria (also known as the Qualified Allocation Plan) and announced the start of the Pre-Application process. In addition, AHFC will host a Pre-Application Teleconference for the GOAL Program on June 5, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. (Anchorage time). Details regarding the call-in number and the physical location for the teleconference are provided in the GOAL Pre-Application Instructions.
