The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) will host four tax credit workshops that will cover the basics of the program, compliance requirements and WHEDA’s monitoring procedures. The dates of the classes are as follows:
- Thursday, April 19, 2012 (Madison)
- Thursday, May 24, 2012 (Madison)
- Thursday, August 16, 2012 (Brookfield)
- Thursday, Sept. 20, 2012 (Brookfield)
Each class will run from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm and there is a $125 registration fee; registration is limited to 30 people per workshop. Questions regarding registration may be directed to Dorothy Ruff at [email protected] or (608) 267-7747.
