The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for market study report services. Selected market study providers will be placed on a list of qualified firms authorized to provide market study services to applicants for DCA’s affordable housing programs. The agency estimates that these projects will range from 12 to 200 units in size and include both new construction and rehabilitation.
In addition, the RFQ states “DCA prefers Principal(s) of the firm to be a certified member, in good standing, with the National Council of Affordable Housing Market Analysts (NCAHMA).
