The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) has released the final approved version of the state’s 2012 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for the distribution of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs). Arizona’s LIHTC program credit ceiling amount for calendar year 2012 is approximately $13,000,000. Applications are due no later than 4:00 pm on March 1, 2012 and should be submitted to the reception desk of ADOH located at 1110 West Washington Street, Suite 310, Phoenix, Arizona. Online applications are also being accepted.
