The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) this week released the 2011/2012 Proposed Program Schedule & Deadlines for the low-income housing tax credit program. The committee held public hearings this week regarding proposed regulation changes for the 2012 allocation round; proposed updates are forthcoming. Other key dates include:
- February 2012: application workshops will be held in Los Angeles, Sacramento, Oakland, San Diego (dates TBD)
- March 22, 2012: first funding round application deadline
- June 20, 2012: first funding round awards announced
- July 11, 2012: second funding round application deadline
- September 26, 2012: second funding round awards announced
