The Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) Fund has released comprehensive Community Investment Impact System (CIIS) data for fiscal years 2004 through 2010. This report contains Institution Level Report (ILR) and the Transaction Level Report (TLR) data. The ILR data that was released examines the basic organizational, financial, and social impact information from 534 different CDFIs that have reported to CIIS. This is also the first time that TLR data has been released to the public, which contains detailed information about rates and terms, social impact metrics and transaction status for all applicable CDFI transactions. In addition, the TLR contains physical location information for all applicable transactions, summary data on loans originated and information on the total portfolio outstanding for all CDFIs. While TLR reports are required of many, but not all, CDFI award recipients, the data that was released provides a detailed picture of the location, structure, and performance of over 400,000 individual loans and investments made by 239 CDFIs.
