HUD’s Office of Policy Development & Research has released a new Guide for HUD USER Data Sets. The guide is intended to serve as a helpful reference tool for the data sets available from the HUD USER Clearinghouse, and on the HUD USER website. The guide provides a brief description of each data set along with its web address, release data, format and the timeframe for which the data set applies. Key data sets covered in the new guide include:

  • Annual Adjustment Factors
  • Fair Market Rents
  • Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Database
  • Multifamily Tax Subsidy Income Limits
  • Neighborhood Stabilization Program Data
  • Property Owners & Managers Survey
