The Virginia Housing Development Authority has scheduled a Market Analyst Forum on Wednesday, September 14 in Belvidere. The forum will begin promptly at 10 a.m. and last approximately 1.5 hours. The focus of this discussion will be changes to VHDA’s market study guidelines and processes beginning in 2012. Discussion topics include:
- Approved Market Analysts List (via RFP);
- VHDA’s minimum requirement for 2012;
- Limited number of studies per analyst; and
- Other analyst concerns.
NCAHMA Executive Director Thom Amdur will join VHDA to answer any questions/concerns about NCAHMA guidelines, training, membership, etc. If you are unable to attend in person, a conference call option is available.
