LISC has named Tina Brooks, Massachusetts’ undersecretary for housing and community development, as its new EVP for programs.  Undersecretary Brooks was one of the longest serving housing officials in Governor Deval Patrick’s administration and a frequent participant at NH&RA events.  Tina was a 2010 Recipient of NH&RA’s Affordable Housing Vision Awards.  NH&RA will be announcing the 2011 Vision Awardees at the end of August.  Governor Patrick has not yet named a replacement for Undersecretary Brooks.
