NCHFA is seeking input on the draft 2012 Qualified Allocation Plan prior to publication.
The Rental Investment Group is considering changes to several areas in particular:
- rehabilitation set-aside
- discretionary basis boost
- principal and county limits
- site evaluation criteria
- mortgage subsidy scoring
- community revitalization plans
- possible expiration of the flat 9% tax credit rate*
- design standards
