Maryland’s Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) recently issued Multifamily Housing Notice 11-06 which makes several announcements and reminders for multifamily developers.
- DHCD has announced the launch of DHCD Mapper, a new Geographic Information System tool designed to help applicants determine what programs and resources they may be eligible for;
- Applications for the September 2011 Competitive Funding Round are due by Tuesday, September 20 at 5:00 pm;
- DHCD has implemented a web-based application system for multifamily financing requests;
- Diana Talios has accepted the position of MD-BRAC Rental Preservation Manager.
