We are pleased to announce that online registration and hotel reservations are now open for the National Council of Affordable Housing Market Analysts Affordable Housing Underwriting Conference & Annual Meeting.

This year we will be convening at the Westin Michigan Avenue in the heart of Chicago’s Magnificent Mile September 8-9 for 1.5 days of intensive discussion, education and networking on affordable housing development and underwriting.

This meeting focuses on key affordable housing development, underwriting and market study issues. The program will include a mix of program updates, roundtable discussions, market analysis updates and networking events

The event is open to members and non-members alike and is designed particularly for affordable housing professionals including market analysts, developers, debt and equity underwriters, appraisers, and government officials.

General Registration Instructions

NH&RA/NCAHMA recently updated our web registration system. In order to register for NH&RA/NCAHMA events you will need to access your new and improved housingonline.com web profile. As part of this transition, we have created new a Login-ID (typically the first initial of your firstname followed by your lastname) and temporary password for all of our members and customers.

Instructions For Existing Customers

  1. Retrieve Your Login & Password: Visit our website http://www.housingonline.com and select the login link at the top right corner of the webpage and click the “Forgot Your Password?” link. Please be sure to enter your full name (as it would appear on your record) along with your work email address to the form, which will generate an email with your Login-ID and temporary password. If you are a new customer or the system cannot identify your record please follow the Instructions for new customers below.
  2. Login: Once you have received your Login-ID and temporary password return to the login page and sign in.
  3. Scroll down the page until you can see the “Services Menu”. Select the link for the 2011 NCAHMA Annual Meeting. Depending on your web browser’s security settings you may be prompted to login again.
  4. Follow the on screen registration instructions.

Update Your Password & Personal Information

Once you have registered we recommend you reset your password and update your profile.

  1. Select the “Maintain Personal Information” link from the “Services Menu” on the homepage.
  2. Select the “My Password” link.
  3. Select the “Change It” link and follow the instructions. If at any point you forget your password you can visit the login page on housingonline.com and select and select the “Login Problems” link to reset your password.
  4. While you are logged in we would like to encourage to take a few minutes to update your profile and review your communications preferences. This will allow NH&RA to better customize our communications with you.
  5. Have you joined a new company? Moved offices? Expanded your practice? Be sure to check in every once and while to update your profile as your business changes.

Instructions For New Customers

  1. If you are a new customer simply click the following link to create an individual profile.
  2. Once you have created a web profile NH&RA will confirm you record has been created by emailing you your User ID and Password to the email address provided. At that point you may follow the registration instructions provided above for Existing Customers.
  3. Please note, your default status will for your new User ID will be as a Non-NH&RA Member. If you wish to join NH&RA you may simply click on the “Member Join” link in the Service Menu.
