This notice announces that the multifamily rental project closing documents have completed the notice and comment processes. The final versions of the documents can be found on HUD’s Web site. Additionally, this notice highlights some of the changes made by HUD to the documents based upon its review of the comments submitted in response to a December 22, 2010 notice. The new closing documents will impact both borrowers and lenders.
