Alaska Housing Finance Corporation is pleased to announce the opening of a public comment period to gather suggestions for changes to the 2012 GOAL Program rating and award plan, also referred to as the Qualified Allocation Plan . This plan governs the allocation of three rental development programs encompassing millions of dollars in grant and federal tax credit resources. A public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, April 26, 2011 from 3-5 p.m. (Anchorage time). The hearing will be teleconferenced.
