President Obama has named Barbara Fields as the New England regional administrator for HUD. Barbara currently serves as the Executive Director of Rhode Island Local Initiatives Support Corporation. Fields, who opened the Rhode Island LISC office in 1991, is expected to assume her new duties in April, according to a news release.
