In order to enable Kentucky Housing staff to meet the demands of site review requests, technical assistance trainings will be conducted by the Multifamily Finance Department. The Multifamily Finance Department will offer technical assistance to developers who are applying for the 2011 funding round, in which applications are due Tuesday, March 1, 2011. Staff will be available Tuesday and Thursday, January 18 and 20, 2011, and Tuesday and Thursday, February 1 and 3, 2011, at Kentucky Housing’s 1047 U.S. 127 South, Suite 1, office in Frankfort.
