Three state housing finance agencies recently adopted final versions of their 2011 Qualified Allocation Plans for administering the federal low-income housing tax credit program. The following states had previously released draft versions of their 2011 QAPs and have since approved final versions and made them available on their websites.

Minnesota Housing is now accepting pre-applications for an award of 2025 four percent Housing Tax Credits (HTC) for projects expected to be financed with tax-exempt volume limited bonding authority from Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB).
The 2025 draft of CHFA’s Transit-oriented Communities (TOC) Credit Allocation Plan is now available for review on CHFA’s website.
