The Wisconsin Housing & Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) has issued a public announcement regarding the 2011 LIHTC program. The announcement:
- Makes available WHEDA’s LIHTC online application for 2011 LIHTCs;
- Requires 2011 equity pricing for 2011 LIHTC applications must be between $.68 and $.76, unless there is a firm equity commitment to support different financing;
- Clarifies procedures for allowing up to a 30% basis boost for competitive applications, subject to WHEDA review;
- Provides answers to some frequently-asked-questions regarding WHEDA’s new point scoring category, which allows up to 30 points for rehabilitation of existing residential housing.
