As part of the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act reporting requirements the GAO has issued two reports to Congress pertaining to the TCAP and 1602/Exchange Programs:

- Results of GAO’s Survey of State Housing Finance Agencies’ Use of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP) and the Section 1602 Program (GAO-10-1023SP)
The survey asked about the status of program delivery, program design, safeguards and controls, expected results, and challenges to implementation and was distributed to agencies in December of 2009. Click here to view the survey results.
