U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan today announced an additional $1 billion in funding to all states along with a number of counties and local communities through the third round of HUD’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). The funding announced today is provided under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
