The Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA) recently released a draft of its 2010 Profile of Nebraska Demographics, Economics and Housing study public review. Undertaken by Western Economic Services LLC, the report provides current, high-quality, relevant information about factors that influence the development, production, use, rehabilitation, and need for housing and housing services in Nebraska’s local communities.
