The Washington Housing Finance Commission recently released materials for its 2010 low-income housing tax credit funding round, including the 2010 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). In addition to the QAP, updated materials for the state’s 2010 LIHTC funding round include:
- LIHTC program rules and policies;
- LIHTC application and addendum;
- Certification materials;
- Rent and income limits;
- QCT/DDAs; and
- Public Housing Authority list.
