The Michigan State Housing Development Authority has made several announcements pertaining to affordable housing developers.
- Reinvestment Program Notice and Application Materials: A final program notice and application materials has been or shortly will be posted for the Authority’s Reinvestment & Innovation Program. Applications for the Reinvestment Program are due to MSHDA no later than Friday, September 18th.
- Reinvestment Program Pre-Application Workshop-Save the Date: The Authority is planning to hold a pre-application workshop for applicants interested in the Reinvestment Program at its Lansing office on Wednesday, August 26th from 10 am to 12 noon. Authority staff will review the program statement, application requirements, and answer questions surrounding the program. More details will follow later this week, but in the meantime if you’d like to register to attend please email Charlene Johnson (johnsonc10@michigan.gov) in Asset Management. Registering in advance will help us ensure that adequate parking, seating, and copies are available.
- Exchange Program: A revised Exchange Program Notice has been or shortly will be posted outlining changes to the Form of Assistance section and adding a section pertaining to Exchange Program specific limited dividend calculations.
- Questions & Answers: Additional Q&A items have been or shortly will be posted relating to both the Reinvestment and Exchange Programs.
