The Ohio Housing Finance Agency has released several draft policy documents with respect to its upcoming 2010 qualified allocation plan for the low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) program. OHFA has made available the following documents and will be accepting public comments at open hearings scheduled for Wednesday, July 1 and Tuesday, July 7 at OHFA’s office in Columbus, OH.
- Policy Statements;
- Experience and Capacity Review;
- Geographic Pool Allocation Revision; and
- Universal Design Requirements.
