The HUD USER website has released its U.S. Housing Market Conditions report for the first quarter of 2009. The report includes data on production, marketing, finance, investment and inventory levels for the nation’s housing industry, as well as provides regional housing activity reports and historical data. In addition, the report includes a section that focuses on new data now available on the low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) program, including details on LIHTC projects placed in service through 2006.  read more…
