The Minnesota Housing Finance Agency recently published its selection process and criteria for eligible projects applying for funding through the Tax Credit Exchange and Tax Credit Assistance (TCAP) Programs. Eligible projects must have received an allocation of low-income housing tax credits during the period from October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2009. Awards will be made based on the following criteria:
- Project financial feasibility;
- Continuing project specific market feasibility;
- Readiness to proceed; and
- Owner and management company capacity
