The USDA Rural Housing Service has published a notice to establish a demonstration Rural Development Voucher Program. It also announces the availability of $4,965,000 under the program to fund rural housing vouchers for eligible low-income households (including those not receiving Rental Assistance) residing in a property financed with a Section 515 loan that was prepaid after September 30, 2005.
