The Delaware State Housing Authority has issued a notice of guidance related to the housing stimulus provisions contained in HR 1: The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The notice describes states’ new funding resources as a result of the legislation and provides general guidelines for how it will prioritize its 2009 allocations. The notice also states that the deadline to submit tax credit applications for 2009 allocations has been pushed back to April 9, 2009.  read more…
