The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) has rescheduled its application workshops for its 2009 low-income housing tax credit program in order to draft changes to modify its qualified allocation plan in responses to provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, and in order to make available the new federal Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP) and credit exchange resources established by the act. The application workshops will now be held on May 4 (Sacramento), May 5 (Los Angeles), May 6 (Los Angeles), and May 8 (Oakland).  read more…
