The Alabama Housing Finance Authority’s application cycle for 2009 low-income housing tax credits will include a mandatory online portion. All applicants must submit their 2009 funding applications to AHFA in electronic form before the complete application is submitted. The online portion of the 2009 application cycle will open on March 4. Applicants must also submit a complete application in hard copy between Monday, March 9 and Friday, March 13.  read more…
