Council participation is a critical component of NH&RA Membership. NH&RA Councils provide opportunities for NH&RA Members to share ideas and network with fellow members on an array subject matters. NH&RA Councils have been active advocates on issues and have created significant bodies of work ranging from best practices and industry standards, white papers, draft regulations, position papers and more...

NH&RA Members may participate in five Councils:

• National Council of Affordable Housing Market Analysts
• New Markets Tax Credit Council
• HOPE VI Developers Council
