Affordable housing, historic rehabilitation and New Markets Tax Credit development is governed by a complex and constantly evolving array of laws and regulations. As our industry struggles to respond to the new economic reality, key public policy makers in Congress, the White House, HUD, the Treasury Department and other government agencies will be playing outsized roles that will determine the future of our business as we know it.
